Delete your SignCloud account

This page applies to the SignCloud web and Android applications.

Delete from your account

1. Sign in to SignCloud.
2. Open Account → Data & privacy.
3. Select Permanently delete my account and confirm with your password.

Request deletion without access

Email contact@signcloud.fr from the address associated with the account. We may ask for a limited identity check to prevent an unauthorized deletion.

Data concerned

The customer account and associated operational data are deleted. Evidence, signed documents, security records or billing records subject to a legal retention duty or legal hold may be isolated and retained only for the applicable period and purpose. They are no longer used for ordinary service operation.
